Welcome to Noir Entertainment (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing a ticket, booking a service, or attending any event organized by Noir Entertainment, you (“the Customer,” “Attendee,” or “Ticket Holder”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

Please read these terms carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not purchase a ticket or attend our events.

1. Ticketing and Purchases

1.1. All Sales Final Unless otherwise stated explicitly, all ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

• Change of personal plans.
• Inability to travel to Grenada.
• Disagreement with the artist lineup (which is subject to change).

1.2. E-Tickets & Validity

• Tickets are usually issued electronically via email. You are responsible for safeguarding your ticket QR code.
• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or duplicated tickets. If a duplicate ticket appears, the first one scanned at the gate will be the only one admitted.

1.3. Pricing and Currency

• All prices are listed in Eastern Caribbean Dollars (XCD) or US Dollars (USD) as specified at checkout.
• We reserve the right to change ticket prices at any time (e.g., Early Bird vs. General Admission pricing tiers).

2. Event Entry and Security

2.1. Age Restriction Unless specifically advertised as an “All Ages” event, all Noir Entertainment events are strictly 18+.

• You must present a valid, government-issued photo ID (Passport, Driver’s License, or National ID) upon entry.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who cannot prove they are of legal age. No refund will be provided.

2.2. Right of Admission Reserved We reserve the right to refuse entry to, or eject, any person who:

• Is excessively intoxicated or behaving aggressively.
• Is in possession of illegal drugs or weapons.
• Refuses to comply with security searches (bag checks/pat-downs).
• Violates the dress code (if specified for a particular event).

2.3. Search Policy For the safety of all patrons, you consent to a search of your person and belongings upon entry. Prohibited items (weapons, illegal substances, outside food/drink) will be confiscated.

3. Event Cancellation and Force Majeure

3.1. “Rain or Shine” Our events generally proceed rain or shine. No refunds will be issued due to inclement weather unless the event is officially cancelled by the organizers for safety reasons.

3.2. Force Majeure Noir Entertainment is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is a result of Acts of God (including hurricanes, earthquakes, or severe storms), pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, or other causes beyond our reasonable control.

• In the event of a total cancellation due to these reasons, we will endeavor to offer a rescheduled date or a credit for future events, subject to our discretion and sunk costs.

4. Health, Safety, and Liability

4.1. Assumption of Risk By attending our events, you assume all risks associated with crowded entertainment environments, including but not limited to:

• Loud music and high decibel levels (hearing protection is recommended).
• Special effects (strobe lights, smoke machines, pyrotechnics).
• Crowd movement and dancing.

4.2. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by Grenadian law, Noir Entertainment shall not be liable for:

• Any personal injury, illness, or death (unless caused by our direct negligence).
• Loss, theft, or damage to personal property (phones, jewelry, cameras, etc.) brought to the venue.

4.3. Alcohol Consumption We encourage responsible drinking. We reserve the right to stop serving alcohol to any patron who appears heavily intoxicated.

5. Photography and Media Release

5.1. Consent to Record By entering the event venue, you acknowledge that you are in a public space where you may be photographed, filmed, or recorded.

5.2. Use of Likeness You grant Noir Entertainment the irrevocable right to use your image, likeness, voice, and appearance in any live or recorded audio, video, or photographic display for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes (social media, website, flyers) without compensation or further approval.

6. Code of Conduct

We aim to provide a safe, euphoric, and inclusive party experience.

• Zero Tolerance: We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, fighting, or abuse toward staff and other attendees. Violators will be ejected immediately without refund and may be banned from future events.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Grenada. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Grenada.
